About TrustBook
TrustBook was built by people who have spent careers inside compliance — not observing it from the outside, but doing the work, leading audits, advising organisations, and understanding first hand what separates providers who thrive under scrutiny from those who don’t.
Our team brings together deep expertise across compliance and quality systems, governance and risk advisory, program management, and technology — enablingTrustBook to support providers at every stage, from first registration through to sustained audit readiness.
Amanda Watson — Co-Founder of TrustBook & Compliance Partner (AuditHub)
Amanda is TrustBook’s Co-Founder and Compliance Partner, with more than a decade in audit and compliance, and 1,500+ audit days on both sides of the audit table — both as a Lead Auditor and working directly inside NDIS and Aged Care support delivery. She’s seen the same gaps, last-minute scrambles, and avoidable non-conformities from every angle.
That perspective shaped how TrustBook was built. Amanda partners closely with provider teams to build practical, audit-ready compliance systems, and the knowledge and confidence to maintain them. The focus is always on what holds up in a real audit, not what looks tidy on paper.
Amanda has over ten years’ experience in helping providers prepare for registration and certification, addressing non-conformities and strengthening governance practices.

Our Team
Behind TrustBook is a team working with Amanda to provide complementary depth across the disciplines that matter most for providers navigating a complex compliance landscape.
Our compliance and advisory team brings over 20 years of experience each across risk management, governance advisory, and performance and compliance audit. That background means we understand how regulators think, what auditors look for, and how to build systems that don’t just pass an audit but genuinely support good practice.
Our governance and program management expertise spans two decades of advisory and consulting work, helping organisations build the structures, processes, and accountability frameworks that make compliance sustainable — not a one-time effort.
Our technology capability is led by an experienced software engineer who has designed and built multiple platforms from the ground up. This is what powers the tools behind TrustBook — the platform was built specifically for the NDIS compliance context.
Together, we bring the kind of cross-functional perspective that lets us work with providers on the big picture: systems, governance, evidence, and the technology to bring it all together.
