Which pathway do I need – Verification or Certification?
If your registration groups include higher-risk supports such as Core Supports, Community Access, SIL, or group-based activities, you need the Certification pathway. If you deliver lower-risk supports only — Cleaning, Gardening, Plan Management, or Allied Health for participants over 9 yrs old — the Verification pathway applies. Still not sure? How do I know which specialised modules I need?
Modules cover high-intensity and specialist support types that sit outside the standard registration groups — High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, Specialist Behaviour Support, Early Childhood Supports, Specialised Support Coordination, and SDA. Add only the modules that match the supports your organisation actually delivers.
Can I switch pathways as my organisation grows?
Yes. As your registration groups change, you can move between pathways at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Are there setup fees or lock-in contracts?
No setup fees, no lock in contracts. TrustBook is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
